We are considered an out of network provider and can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement. There is no guarantee of reimbursement.

 

We are not contracted with Medicare, so, unfortunately, we are unable to bill Medicare for our services. However, we can order laboratory tests on your behalf through Medicare
