PAYMENT

 

We do not accept insurance. We can provide a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. There is no guarantee of reimbursement.

 

We are not contracted with Medicare, so, unfortunately, you and the office are unable to bill Medicare for these services. However, we can order laboratory tests, imaging and do referrals on your behalf through Medicare.
